Founded in 2021,HOSPO Talent was born out of a desire to bring the best hospitality talent to Scotland’s vibrant food and drink scene. Based in the heart of Glasgow, we saw a gap in the industry for a recruitment agency that truly understands the passion, energy, and skill needed in the fast-paced world of hospitality.
Our mission is simple: to connect talented professionals with businesses that value people over profits. We work closely with both employers and candidates to match the right individuals to the right roles.

In 2024 HOSPO acquired a sister recruitment company to expand the recruitment field. We now service industries including construction, finance, sales, and more.
